THE
MUDD…
Written by Carl A
Davenport
Inspired by God
If you try to pull someone out of the
mud, and they don’t want to come out of the mud, they
will
fight and get mud all over you. You will be dirtied with
their mud. And...if you are not standing
on solid ground, you can slip and fall, or be dragged
into their mud with them.
The proper way to pull someone out of
the mud is to stand back on the solid ground and
throw
them a rope. If they want to come out of the mud,
they will grab the rope and you can pull them out.
It takes two to bring one out of the mud. One has to be
standing on solid ground.
In most cases, those in the mud just
want someone to join them in their mud. Misery loves company. You
can join them
if you want to...And you certainly will if you are not
standing on solid ground. The moral of the story is if
you
are going to bring someone to solid ground, you have to
be on solid ground yourself.
