Removing Jesus From His Word…

People have hated Jesus since the day He was born. When the Virgin Mary became impregnated by the Spirit, if Joseph would have been out spoken about his feelings, Mary would have been stoned to death for adultery. Baby Jesus would have been killed with Mary.  He escaped that one. Then, Herod killed all the children under age two. He escaped that one. The Jews were ready to kill him several times, he escaped all of the attempts on His life until it was God’s time for Him to die on the cross.

After all these narrow escapes from premature death, in order to finish His work on the cross, many people are so ungrateful for that today and do not believe in Him. Many try to prove He is not the Lord, or He did not die for us, or He was only a prophet, or some other ridiculous story.

The truth is Jesus is the Lord of Lords and the world is. His He is the King of Kings, and the Truth. We are redeemed only because of Him.

Even when reading a “new” version of the Bible the name “Jesus” is changed to “he or him” without the respect of capitalizing His name. He is the Word and He will never be taken from the Bible because the Bible is the truth and He is the truth.
