Reading the scriptures is just that, reading them. Living the scriptures is just that, living them.

If we just read them and go right back to our way of living 10 minutes later, we have perfected “Lip Service.

We begin to live life to its fullest when we live the scriptures. When we just read, or talk them, and do not live them, we will be found out to be a hypocrite, and the truth will not be found in us.

We can't really do anything by ourselves. So, why don’t we just ask the Lord to do it for us, or through us. He will if it is of Him. If you have a problem, talk to the One who can solve it, not someone sitting next to you on a bar stool or in a restaurant. Ask The Lord to fix it or remove it and protect you from the results of it.

We are weak. Don’t try to fix it yourself. The only time you can fix something is when the problem is weaker than you are. But then, its really not a problem, Its you taking care of something that you should have taken care of already. Connect yourself to God and He will fix you and your problems His way when He decides to fix them.
