Punished For Nothing…

Do you ever feel like you have been punished while someone else who was worse than you was not punished. Barabus was a murderer and the Jews asked Pilate to trade his punishment for the punishment of Jesus. All Jesus did was tell the truth and He was crucified in the place of one who committed murder.

Don’t feel so bad when this happens to you. Your pain is on a much smaller scale than Jesus’. You probably won’t be nailed to a cross. You will suffer very little, and life will go on. So take the punishment for nothing. It is better to be punished for doing nothing then it is for committing a crime.
