Getting the Message…

We don’t always ‘catch’ the message God is sending to us. Sometimes we just simply don’t want to hear it because we don’t like the message's content. Sometimes we are afraid of the outcome. Sometimes we worry about what others will say to or about us. Then, sometimes we think we know better and are just not interested.

The end result: His decision carries. It does not change. We have to change for it. The message is not always as clear as we would like. We have to pray for guidance when we aren’t clear on the message.

Sometimes God sends a messenger to help us understand His message. His messenger will gently lead us into following His message. When we are not ready, His messenger comes to make us ready. God also sends events that unravel in front of us to show us the way. He always gives us what we need to carry out His message. We just have to find and apply it. When we are being stubborn, God becomes more direct and drops his message right in our lap with directions.  That's when its do or die.

The last word will always be had by God and His Word does not return  to Him void. The best attitude is an attitude to follow God’s message.
