When someone tells you to correct something that you are doing wrong, and they do it in a way that you knew you were wrong, you will correct it. They have convicted you.

That person could have been a modern day John the Baptist. He may have been paving the way inside you for the coming of the Messiah.

If you heeded the message and turned yourself around, you have began your journey to the Lord. But you haven’t. You’re still the same. You were too cool to follow God. You’re the old dog who can’t be taught any new tricks.

The way you are is the way you want to stay. Instead of taking heed to good advice, you ignored this life saving message and did nothing, or you mocked him. The reason you did not receive his message is because Satan has a stronger hold on you than you think. You did what Satan told you to do. You missed the message because you listened to your father, Satan, rather than the message.

You are being told again: Repent. Turn from your sinful ways and ask Jesus to come into  your heart. This may be your last chance. Eternity has no forgiveness. Forgiveness from  God is now.
