We
Believe Thou Camest
Forth from From God
John 16:29-33
29
His
disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and
speakest no proverb.John
30 Now are we sure that thou
knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask
thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
John
21:17 He saith unto him the third time,
Simon, son
of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because
he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said
unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I
love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my
sheep.
17:8 For I have given unto them the
words which thou gavest me; and they have received
them,
and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they
have believed that thou didst send me.
31
Jesus
answered them,
Do ye now believe?
32
Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be
scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone:
and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
Matt 26:31
Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall
be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I
will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be
scattered abroad.
Mark 14:27 And Jesus saith unto them,
All ye shall be offended because of me
this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd,
and the sheep shall be scattered.
John
20:10 Then the disciples went away again unto their
own home.
8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not
left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might
have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be
of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
